​Witch Hazel, real name Hamamelis virginiana L., contains in the leaves tannins that makes it an excellent venous vasoconstrictor.


Useful in the treatment of varicose veins, hemorrhoids, phlebitis, fragility of capillaries, heavy legs, circulatory disorders of menopause.


Suggested use as infusion of dried leaves.
