Myrobalan terminalia chebula

Myrobalan plant, real name Terminalia chebula L., is a medicinal plant that symbolises healing and the removal of suffering. In Buddhism, Buddha holds in her right hand a sprig of the myrobalan plant, a gesture of compassion, charity, and giving blessing. In the left hand Buddha holds water tha symbolises purity.
