What is CPR? Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure. What is HANDS-ONLY CPR? Hands-only CPR is the chest compression-only CPR. Clinical trials have shown that hands-only CPR is at least as effective as standard CPR.
