Gentle, low-intensity physical activity to get stronger lower body and good balance to avoid falling down.


Try to sit on the floor, so you can get UP and DOWN as many times a day as you can. Some people managed 30 times a day!


Enjoy GARDENING 1 or 2 hours a day is also good. Everyday weeding, watering, seeding or harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables.


Challenge yourself every day by taking the stairs or WALK uphill for 10 min at a slow pace that is comfortable for you. Steepness is the key as this strengthens your heart and muscles with low impact and burns calories.


Studies showed that doing things by hand can be beneficial for your brain development and well-being. The hands and the brain help each other in different ways, such as making us remember, think, and feel better.


Do things by HAND. For example, wash your dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher.


Move naturally.
